Lievàntu “Legnà” D.O.C.
Lievàntu “Legnà” D.O.C.
Lievàntu "Legnà" is a white wine made from grapes grown on the Legnaro Coast, in the sun-drenched hills of Levanto.
A portion of the must is fermented in barriques, where it also remains for aging. This wine, made from fully ripened grapes, offers a delicate hint of white peach, beautifully intertwined with aromas of wildflowers and vanilla. The taste is full and well-supported by a good mid-palate, and its savoriness extends the finish. It presents a more or less intense straw yellow color, a delicate and persistent aroma with a slight aromatic note of Mediterranean herbs, and a bitter aftertaste characteristic of Ligurian coastal wines; the flavor is dry, savory, and harmonious. It is particularly well-suited to accompany seafood cuisine. Serve at 10°-12°C.
Bottling can take place in a protective atmosphere.
