Red wine produced with selected grapes from the Levanto Hills and the coastal areas of the municipalities of Bonassola, Framura, and Deiva Marina. A blend of the most widely cultivated grapes in the area. The intensity of the fruit immediately hits the nose with notes of blackcurrant, wild strawberries, and ripe cherry, which then intertwine with spicy hints and chocolate. Soft on the palate, with good freshness and balance. Particularly suited to accompany the traditional peasant dishes of the area.
Bottling can take place in a protective atmosphere.
